This Masterclass will:
- Connect policy development to implementation tasks
- Establish the key tasks and processes for effective implementation
- Promote proactive actions by practitioners to identify potential implementation roadblocks
- Clarify the key policy ‘product,’ deliverables and desired policy outcomes for implementation and its impact on tool selection, tactics and marketing
- Select appropriate tools for policy delivery and implementation
- Introduce ‘policy marketing’ to ‘sell’ new policies to all stakeholders
- Develop tactics for overcoming opposition, sabotage and disinterest
- Provide processes and indicators for monitoring implementation progress and assessing policy impacts
